My rate is $165 for a 50 to 55 minute session
I'm in network with various insurance plans through headway.co
I also offer lower session rates based on an equitable sliding scale

Therapy is a space to help you reclaim the power and safety you inherently deserve.
It may feel like so much time has been lost to struggling and living in survival mode, but it’s never late to start coming out of it.
I’m not afraid to talk about anything you need to! I’ve been in this field for a long while, so nothing shocks me. I approach things from a place of curiosity and non-judgment. I enjoy fostering a space, both in my work and my life outside of therapy, that’s gender affirming and body positive, as well as sex positive, poly and kink friendly/affirming. I also strive to provide a supportive space that is culture affirming and trauma informed, with an understanding that you are the expert on your life.

Therapy can help you develop an understanding of how an emotionally challenging, neglectful or distant family dynamic can impact your sense of self, and your relationship with yourself and others.
High Functioning Depression
This often manifests as a silent battle: on the outside you seem to appear fine, but inside you may struggle with low mood and hopelessness. Therapy offers support in navigating this struggle, helping you regain equilibrium and peace of mind.
People with high functioning anxiety appear to function well, and often are very productive, but can struggle with persistent worry, self-doubt, and stress. Therapy can help you learn to manage symptoms and work towards your goals in a balanced way.
